So I bought my daughter season 2 of Spongebob Square Pants. When I got home and opened the "re-packaged" dvd there was a scratched up copy of "Ninja Turtles" in the case. I called to tell them what had happened and explained to them that they needed to make it right. They told me to bring it back and I could pick out something else. I told them that gas was not free and that I was not going to drive ALL THE WAY back uptown just to switch out a $2 dollar dvd. I suggested that I should get to pick out 2 dvds of my choice for my troubles of purchasing and having to come BACK TO TOWN to exchange because of something that was THEIR FAULT. The manager said that he would not do that !? Do you mean to tell me that this business is not willing to give out an extra $2 dollar dvd to make a dissatisfied costumer happy with their purchase ? I have spent a lot of money with this pawn shop and because of this ridiculous experience I will NEVER shop here again !","neg-1
