When we had [redacted] come in for her service she had shown the stylist [redacted] (who is fully licensed and can prove it with card) a few photos...all which were different types of styles and colours [redacted] did her best to achieve the look for [redacted] and had told her that it would not look exactly like the photo since she did not want to color her whole headUnfortunately [redacted] was not happy with the color service and [redacted] came in early the next day to help get the color she wanted [redacted] had it previously cut at another salon and hated the cut that they had given her and [redacted] had tried fixing the fringe on [redacted] and took 1/2' off the bottom since it was previously cut all crooked.? [redacted] had then called the salon after the free redo that [redacted] had done and wanted to speak with her [redacted] who was booked with clients all day would of not been able to contact [redacted] till after her day but until then [redacted] called the salon several more times and had harassed my staff with yelling, swearing and made my one reception/stylist cryI am very flexible with giving people refunds on services that have been provided but I have a ZERO tolerance for verbal abuse towards my staff and as well threats to my salon, so I had decided to withhold her refund due to the way she had treated my staff[redacted] is fully aware of the circumstances and had tried everything she could do and any of us could doShe was flexible is being able to come in whenever it was possible for ***, and when [redacted] had left after the 2nd time doing her hair she walked out of the salon saying "thank you I love it and its exactly what I wanted"? We are very much taken back by how we were treated as well on ***'s behalf and would of loved to help her out more with her services but again, I do not allow threats,harassment of any sorts in my salon.? Again we are sorry we couldn't make her happy, as we all love what we do in making people feel better about themselves.?
