Until a few weeks ago we were prepared to submit a positive review. Upon completion of the job, John continuously sent text messages demanding that I give him a good review on [redacted]. I finally called him to discuss, and he became explosive. His words and tone were aggressive. Furthermore, he never returned one of our storm windows which he still owes us. Overall, John is not getting a positive review, because he is explosive and unprofessional. As a professional, it is common sense to NEVER explode on and become aggressive with a paying customer. Also, he posted pictures of our house on ** without even asking for permission. If we could do it again we would hire someone else.
