Are you saying it’s perfectly fine to post a review if it states the *** A/C unit function perfectly when it did not? Or that Scott’s delivered and installed an A/C unit that I am pleased with and provided awesome customer service/customer satisfaction when they did not? Scott’s heating and cooling INC; was compensated by the Financer *** *** *** for a *** A/C installed in my home on June This unit was defectiveAfter four failed attempts to repair the unit and after enduring agonizing, smoldering, and unbearable summer temperatures, I filed a complaint with *** *** urging them to revoke payment from Scott’s heating and cooling immediatelyThis was approximately days after the defective unit was installedOn October 2014, I received an email from *** *** of Scott’s heating and cooling INC; stating *** *** *** had debited his account for the amount he was compensated for the unitI made no agreements with Scott’s heating and cooling INC; about removing my reviewScott’s heating and cooling did not remove the defective A/C unit from my home as a favor to meUnderstand that! His concern was for the money debited from his accountRemoving the unit was his only optionThis is what I simply, asked for after the defective unit was not repaired after daysAwesome customer service! Right? *** *** requested, I remove my review from Furnacecompare.com which I am under no legal obligation, because it is truthful, but I did make an attempt to remove it through the site’s portalMy attempt failedI requested instructions through the portal and ask for a password that would allow me to do soI informed *** *** of this, but I can only assume he feels I do not deserve multiple attemptsI should have fixed it on the initial attemptI know, he simply, wanted it removedTrust me, I understandThe truth can sometimes be painfulNevertheless, I contacted an individual at *** through a number I found on lineI requested to have my review removed from the siteAfter explaining the removal process, he informed me the review has been removedI searched for the review and did not see itI informed *** *** of this alsoI have sought legal counsel in this matterI am prepared for legal actionI understand the definition of Defamation of characterI have not spoken falsely or written falsely of Scott’s heating and cooling or about *** A/CMy review is factual as with any future reviews I may postIf my opinion of the *** A/C unit and the customer service/customer satisfaction delivered by Scott’s heating and cooling INC; is poor, then I’m guilty of exercising my 1st Amendment RightIf the documents enclosed are not sufficient, I will mark our court date on my calendarI am not afraid to stand up for righteousnessIt’s good for the soulI have years of total Military service in this wonderful nation, (6) in the *** *** National Guard and (plus years) in the United States Army; (3) combat in Iraq; (months) in Kosovo; and lived in the dirt of a host of foreign countriesI have fought for this country and witnessed my brothers and sisters in arms make the ultimate sacrificeI didn’t return to the country I love to be taken advantage of or to be treated like dirtRespectfully, *** ** *** *** (Retired)

Customer agreed to warranty (10 year parts, 1 year labor) upon initial proposal (before work began).  Her final invoice stated 10 year parts, 1 year labor.  While we   (Scott's Heating and Cooling) understand her concerns, this would be a dispute between her and the manufacturer...

([redacted]).  The wholesale company ([redacted]) that the unit was purchased from has agreed to pay $250 towards her labor cost.  Customer initially declined but a few days later called and agreed.  If there is any additional information needed, we will be more than happy to provide.  Thank you.  - [redacted]
