Review: Took my 2 kids to this place to have fun. Both boys were playing in same bounce house. Some other ladys kid pushed my youngest kid out the bounce house twice. Then tried to kick my oldest in face and pry my oldest kid off one of the ladders when my son was climbing up behind him. Then the attacker came down and began to hit a 3rd kid in the same bounce house. My youngest was back behind the area where the 3rd kid was and I couldnt see him. I didn't want the attacker to attack my youngest. The attackers mother called for her son to come out but he smiled and kept hitting boy# 3. I jumped in and grabbed her son handing him to his mom because I gave her ample time to do something. I didn't want to leave the bounce area and get an employee because I didn't want the kid to keep attacking my boys. Their was only 2 people working that I saw and they both were behind the counter. 1 was taking money, the other doing nothing. They need to have some sort of security watching these kids. I know they make you sign a waiver saying you wont sue them if your kid gets hurt, but yet nobody is watching them. I was watching my kids but I took matters in my own hands and got the attacker out. The other lady complained about me picking up her kid but I wasn't going to let my kids get beat on when she just stood there and did nothing. This is the second incident that has happened. Last time we came in there were 2 kids much older than 12 playing and running over the younger kids and nobody said anything to them. I complained to front and nothing got done. how do you go about keeping the older kids out. the parents just lie and put down a younger age and just ignore their kids. This place is getting to be a rough place and no longer safe to take your kids too. poor management running the place. I asked the girl behind desk for owners info which they refused to give out. she was in a white North face jacket with her hair pulled up top on her head. I want to speak with owners directly regarding issues.Desired Settlement: I want to directly speak with the owners of this place. Something needs to be done to make this a safer place for kids/toddlers to go..

Finally spoke with Mark the owner.

So hopefully things will be better handled now at the business . I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
