The customer ordered the ornament on 1-8-She contacted us on 2-8-2017, stating that the ornament was damaged but she had returned it to the wrong sellerAccording to our company policy we ask the customer to provide us proof that the ornament arrived broken by sending us pictures of broken ornament The customer stated that she no longer had the ornament and was unable to send us pictures We informed the customer that without proof that the ornament arrived broken we would be unable to issue a refundHowever, we did offer to send her out another ornament She stated that she wanted a refund She had the seller that she sent the ornament to in error contact usAgain we informed the customer that we must have proof of the ornament arriving broken The customer asked the other seller to send us a photo but they didn't All we need is proof that the ornament arrived broken This was all in courtesy to our customer because our return policy states that we must receive the item back within the days for date of purchaseHowever, we were willing to work with her , if she provided proof the ornament had arrived broken
