I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
[I have not been a Bounce facility as I stated to [redacted], I informed her my mother in law had and made the recommendation. Bounce mobile web site only has phone numbers and location of their three businesses, I  called and spoke with an employee [redacted] who explained the price and itinary of a party planned at Bounce, she also reiterated several times that time slots fill up quickly and I needed to book ASAP and there is a 100$ deposit that I could give over the phone at no time was it mentioned that the deposit was non refundable. As for the harassment on their social media site, I made one post encouraging other customers they were completely sure about booking with this company because deposits are non refundable andeven though I was giving this business 46 days to fill the 2 hr slot I canceled they were refusing to give me my deposit back, at no time was the post threatening or harassing in nature. I have received a message from them stating my refund has been processed and issued on 9/26, I was told it will take several days to process, just so you are aware I filed this complaint before you sent me the message that you were processing my refund, I will not peruse further action only it is recieved]
