The manager on duty, Michele [redacted], called us to confirm the policy when the party mom, her mother and [redacted] started arguing with herIf payment can’t be made at the end of the party, Bounce Magic will ask for their driver’s license, which we hold until they return with paymentIf this is not an option, a police report is filedThe customer asked Michele if she was accusing her of lying, but at no time did she ‘call her a liar’After speaking with all staff on duty that evening, it is has been determined that Michele acted professionally and followed Bounce Magic policy ? ? ? ? I have checked the charge card receipt for payment for the partyThe name and signature does not belong to [redacted]There were no complaints made during the party, only when there was a misunderstanding when payment was dueIt is our belief that Bounce Magic completed the birthday party celebration with the highest standard of customer service and do not believe a refund is warranted
