DON’T TRUST THIS PLACE!! Paid @$700 for my son’s birthday party, big mistake: 1) the facility was inadequate, 2) the contract services agreed upon were not met, and 3) the staff was aggressive with the children. The play room was excessively hot with little children immediately sweating, red faced, and seeking water; the video monitor was not working so we could not see the pictures of the kids; the contract included you providing chicken fingers and French fries this was not provided at dinner time – it arrived at the end. The host, Josh was yelling at the kids, threatening not to continue if they didn’t stop talking, clapping his hands loud, - he had no patience with the children – he even left the room and stopped playing the games. When the party ended, I asked to speak to the manager but I was told the manager would not talk to me. Neither would the owner? Wow, really? The young lady at the counter, Evelyn, called the police when I refused to pay. The police arrived, said they would arrest me if I didn’t pay. Not wanting to traumatize my children anymore by getting arrested, I paid the charge. I am currently protesting the charges with my credit card company. Basic customer service: Refund the customer if you are wrong. I have not been refunded.
