1) There is a power outage at the shopping center from Saturday Oct at around 1:00pm to Sunday Oct at around 3:00pm Many originally scheduled parties are forced to cancel, inc**ding Ms [redacted] 's 2) Ms [redacted] called between 2:30pm to 4:00pm Saturday Oct multiple times, cussing out the Desk Manager (***) and myself, demanding a refund in cash, even though the deposit for the party is charged on her Visa cards 3) BounceU Orange is a franchise business and the refund policy to refund directly to the means the deposit is charged In this case, since Ms [redacted] used Visa cards, franchise refund policy is to refund all deposits through her Visa cards 4) I personally agreed to Ms [redacted] 's cash refund request over my phone call with her, and immediately instructed [redacted] to get the cash ready as Ms [redacted] demanded to have the cash ready for pick up Saturday Oct afternoon 5) Cash refund is available for Ms [redacted] until Monday Oct late afternoon, but Ms [redacted] did not show up to pick up the cash refund 6) Ms [redacted] called Monday Oct late afternoon multiple times and told [redacted] that she is coming in the store to pick up the cash refund on Tuesday Oct 7) Cash refund is available for Ms [redacted] until Wednesday Oct early afternoon, but Ms [redacted] did not show up to pick up the cash refund 8) Our other Desk Manager, ***, called Ms [redacted] around 2:00pm Wednesday Oct 15, informing her that the cash refund is ready for pickup 9) Ms [redacted] showed up around 6:30pm Wednesday Oct and picked up full cash refund from *** 10) At this moment, full refund has been provided to Ms [redacted] with her acknowledgement And the event is noted closed in our system If Ms [redacted] needs to schedule another party at a different franchise location, she can contact the other store directly on all details as each franchise is owned and operated separately Please let me know if there's any questions Thank you [redacted] Owner BounceU Orange P.S.: [redacted] is the previous owner who no longer owns BounceU Orange

10)  At this moment, full refund has been provided to Ms. [redacted] with her acknowledgement.  And the event is noted closed in our system.  If Ms. [redacted] needs to schedule another party at a different franchise location, she can contact the other store directly on all details as each franchise is owned and operated separately.

Review: I paid approximately $530 to these business to have my child's party there, the day of her party there was a power outage and I was not able to have her birthday there. A person by the name of [redacted] or [redacted] contacted me 2 hrs prior to her party and said your party is canceled due to no power and we well refund you your money by the end of the day. I was also told that by a supervisor by the name of [redacted], however it has been three days since this happened and I have yet to receive my refund by the company as promised.Desired Settlement: A rescheduled party exactly like the one I paid for, but at different location
