let her know that If the weather on the day of your event is so severe that it
becomes dangerous to have our equipment we will give
you a rain check that can
be applied to a future eventCustomers are still responsible for the entire
balance for cancellations made after the hour time windowWhich we were
going to allow her to have a refund of everything but the $deposit that would
stay as a raincheck she did not like that idea and wanted to speak with a
manager and I told her that you would be in touch with her tomorrowShe is
also saying she is gonna call the bank and reverse the charges and call the
Revdex.com8/13/AMHowever, she was notified times of our cancellation policy prior to her eventOnce at the time of reservation via phone, once via confirmation email days before the event and hours prior to the event via followup confirmation call

I am rejecting this response because:Today August 14, 2015 at 1:00PM, the day of the event Pasco,
WA is in blowing dust advisory with wind gusts up to 50 MPH. I still have not
heard from anybody at Bouncin Bins regarding my phone call yesterday or about
my rental today. Weather changes frequently that is the only reason I waited
until the day before the event to cancel. How can anyone be certain over two
days in advance what the weather is going to do? I also emailed the company
yesterday and have yet to receive a response. Here is the email I sent: Management,I am writing to express my frustration with your cancellation
policy. I reserved a unit on August 6th, 2015 for August 14th,
2015. I have used Bouncin Bins several times over the years without any major
issues. My four year olds birthday party is tomorrow August 14, 2015 from
5:00pm to 9:00pm. I have been watching the weather forecast over the few days
since they were forecasting windy conditions for August 14, 2015. As of August
13, 2015 the weather forecast has gotten worse and a wind advisory has been
issued for Pasco, WA with winds forecast to be between 25-35 MPH with gusts to
40 MPH. The heaviest winds are expected to be in the afternoon and evening
timeframe. I called and spoke to a representative around 10:00 am on August 13,
2015 about cancelling the unit as they stated to me that the unit cannot be
operated in winds over 15 MPH. My request was refused due to your cancellation
policy stating that the cancellation had to be 48 hours in advance. With that
said, I expressed I was hoping the weather would make a turn for the better
which in fact the forecast has gotten worse. The representative offered me that
I can use the money towards a rental in the future. I declined that offer. I
asked to speak to a supervisor but then was notified there is no supervisor
available until tomorrow morning, August 14, 2015.I am writing with hopes in good faith you are willing to refund
my credit card for the full amount of $93.31 that was charged on August 9th,
2015. With the weather conditions I have to actually move the location of the
party to a pizza place to be able to accommodate everyone and would appreciate
the money for the rental to go towards the expense of having to move the
location of the party. Like I mentioned previously I have been a customer of
Bouncin Bins for years and hope your customer service is a priority. Please advise – thank you, Kim R[redacted] / [redacted] Like I have stated
several times, I have been a customer of Bouncin Bins for years however I will
never use them again due to this situation. A rain check is not satisfactory. I
called 31 hours in advance knowing the weather was not going to cooperate. This
is NOT a cancellation for any other reason than the weather. Furthermore, I had
no clue about their cancellation policy until I went on their website after I
got off the phone with the representative to search for it.  I would like a full refund.
