Review: On July **, 2013, I returned surplus material to the Boundary Fence location in [redacted], **. The material was accepted, without issue or question. Since the material was purchased with cash, I was informed that a refund check would have to be issued from the corporate office in **. After multiple calls to the [redacted] office, I was directed to contact the ** office directly. I first made contact with the ** office on October **, 2013. After correspondence between [redacted] and I, she calculated a refund amount of $205.44. Although this amount is less than the value of the material returned, I had become increasingly frustrated with the duration of the conflict.Desired Settlement: Since I returned the material to Boundary Fence, they owe me a refund in the amount of $205.44.

Review: Our HOA ordered replacement parts/pieces for our community privacy fence over the phone. The company received and deposited our check for $351. The company never sent the items and can no longer be reached at any of their listed phone numbers.Desired Settlement: We would like our $351 returned to us.

Review: I ordered almost $3000.00 of product I was told I would get the product on the February [redacted]. the day came no product so I called and was told they would look into it and call me back. the next day I called again and was told they don't know what the problem is the product is made and sitting in the yard they would find out and call me back. well yet again no one calls I have to call them and I ask to talk with a supervisor, manager, president or vice president of company I'am told they don't have those phone numbers. I keep calling I've been very nice to everyone I talk to explain to them I just want a answer will I get it in a week a month 6 months just a answer but nothing no one will tell me anything other then they don't know why it has not shipped. I called the sales rep the other day and was told again that he would call [redacted] and find out and give me a call back. I nicely explained that to date he has yet to call me back when he said he would he promise me he would call me back that afternoon. well I never got the call and now when I call they either ignore my call or put me on hold for ever and never pick back up, I've even been hung up on. its now been over a month since I've paid for the product and almost a month since it was suppose to ship.Desired Settlement: I either want the product I ordered and in good condition with in the next 2 weeks or a full refund of the money I paid.

Review: We ordered a custom backstop from this company on 8/*/2013. They insisted it be fully paid before construction, which we complied with. The order was finally shipped and was received damaged and sent back. They told us that we should receive it three weeks ago. They have left us on hold many times for over thirty minutes have hung up on us and now they just laugh at us won't give us any answers. They have our money and could care less!Desired Settlement: We need the product to fulfill our obligation to our customer. We need it to arrive in good shape. and we need it a month ago!!!

Review: I was due money back for solar lights that were defective. We have been calling since October and all we got was promises. Then we find out the place went out of business. Their phone number was acquired by a new business called [redacted]Desired Settlement: Money owed to me in the sum $345.68 .

Review: Placed an order with www.[redacted].com on 3/**/2014. Funds were removed from my Bank of America Account immediately. Copy of order was e-mailed to me under another companies name ( Boundary Fence & Railing System). Copy of order looked suspicious sent to me via e-mail. I immediately started sending e-mails and making phone calls to the company to check on the order and the company itself. I have now sent 7 emails and 8 phone calls and have not received a call back or e-mail. Yesterday afternoon, 3/**/2014 this company debited my Bank of America account for the same amount they had debited 8 days ago. I contacted the bank and reported this second transaction. In addition, I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in NJ, the Federal Trade Commission, the OC3, and am contacting my local FBI agency today. The company is fraudulent and needs to be put out of business.Desired Settlement: To have BOTH of these charges reversed and to have my account credit back in full. This company needs to be taken to court and closed. Their lack of any customer service, no responses and taking the liberty to debit unauthorized amounts from individuals bank accounts is enough to have them investigated.

Review: Fence supplies were ordered in the amount of $3,574.79 my credit card was charged on 5/**/13. We were told the supplies would be delivered within two weeks of the order date. The company was contacted multiple times and we were told they were running behind. Again we called and were told our order was never places so we requested a refund. We were told the money would be refunded to our visa card. We have since called multiple times and have not gotten a refund to date. We are unable to get our money back at this point.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back plus extra for waiting for the refund.

Review: I am a retired disabled vet. My complaint actually involves other issues beside delivery, including but not limited to service and product. First a chronological summary of events.1. On or about 5-**-13 I placed an $8,112.15 order for the Alabama model vinyl fence shown in the company's catalog. This particular fence consisted of beige pickets with white posts,rails and lattice. The salesman, [redacted], verified the order. [redacted] told me me the order would be shipped in 2 weeks.2. Two weeks later I called to get a tracking number for the shipment and was told it would be delayed due to the production line being down for 2.5 weeks. I made several phone calls trying to get the status of my order. I was told by various employees they would check and call me back. I was never called. I was given additional shipment dates, which were not met.3. Around 6-**-13 I spoke [redacted], whom I was told was the branch manager. He promised shipment by 6-**-13. It was finally shipped 7-* or 7-*-13. I reminded him I wanted WHITE lattice. When the fencing arrived it came with BEIGE lattice. Due to the delays my installer backed out on me. He had a warehouse to store the product until installation I had to scramble to find another installer and had to store everything in my garage. Thus leaving my cars on the unsecured driveway. Because of the delays and problems with installer, [redacted] promised me a price adjustment. This was before the wrong order arrived. When I called about the problem with the lattice and asked about the price adjustment, I was told nothing could be done.Except for one time, every contact with Boundary Fencing was made by me. I left numerous messages with no response. Not once was I called about any delays or other problems.$8,112.15 may not be much to Boundary Fence, but it is a very large amount to me. They had use of my money for over 1 1/2 months with no product. Most companies, with whom I've done business did not charge my account until the product was shipped.Desired Settlement: I want Boundary Fence to refund 10% of my total cost due to the repeated delays in delivery, my having to find another installer* and sending the wrong lattice for the fence.The reason I make such an issue out of losing my first installer is because of my back yard. There is sort of a ridge with about a 20% grade and tree roots in my back yard. Due to the apparent difficulty in installing vinyl fence on the ridge and making it "dog proof", none of the several other installers bid on the job.
