We are sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted] is unhappy with his most recent purchase. However, we are happy to inform him that every single product that we have sold for the 25 years we have been in business, has been, and always will be 100% authentic...

and fresh. This is the reason we have been in business as long as we have, and this is the reason we have thousands of repeat customers. We believe these facts, along with our exceptionally expedient delivery times are among the reasons Mr. [redacted] was one of our faithful repeat customers, as evidenced by his 19 + orders over an 8 year time span.
After Mr. [redacted] contacted us regarding a packaging change by the manufacturer, we in turn contacted [redacted] directly about the change and spoke to the Vice President, Eti [redacted]. She informed us that they did have a recent change in packaging that that they no longer shrink wrap the entire bottle. Mr. [redacted]s claim that we informed him that [redacted] changed the product is false. We informed Mr. [redacted] that simply the packaging had changed.
Due to an extreme decline in [redacted] sales, we elected to purchase their product from a skincare distributor due to their low minimum ordering requirements.
Our 5-Star Yahoo Shopping Merchant rating, Doctor Certified Badge, Buy Safe Guarantee and eKomi Gold Seal of Approval clearly reflect our commitment to exemplary customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction. This is why we are perplexed as to why Mr. [redacted] did not contact us directly and ask for a return authorization number...which we would have gladly issued.

I will instead return this bottle as received to [redacted]. If I am to pay for shipping to prove my case, Eti [redacted] can receive this bottle. The stock numbet on the bottom and substance within can then be verified to a degree. I am quite dissapointed with my treatment by Boundarywaters Ltd. after many years of customer service excellence specifically by Brian. I also believe the very fact that Boundarywaters Ltd. admits and has been verified by the very same Eti [redacted] (V.P.at [redacted]) in conversations directly with me as not buying directly from [redacted] subjects the product to suspect procurement, dating, and (in my case) counterfeit product. This seems to be a pattern with this company, as evidenced by prior complaints and a well earned F rating from this very same Revdex.com.
