Th product, Bevpod Ice Sheet and Bevpod Assembled is of poor quality and will not last very long - the zipper is cheap and can catch, while the ice packs are plastic, much like like ones found on children's ice sickle/pouches -prone to easily puncture, tear, and/or leak.

For the past 2-3 months, I have:

I called the company number listed, per recommendations on their face page to discuss the complaint three times, and was redirected to do the complaint on line by an answering system. No-one personally ever answered my calls.

I next contacted the company 4-5 times per email, with the address provided and with the information requested, with no response to any of my emails.

I also engaged my bank to help resolve this matter, but since I paid through PayPal, was redirected to go through Paypal, which I did, where, too, I got the run a around over multiple tries - one resource disputed the comp0laint, but said Inever received the merchandise, which he knew that I did, with the matter obviously turned down. Needless to say, I cancelled Paypal for their dishonesty.
