Boundless Blanks

I have attempted to contact this business multiple times regarding an order that has been in pre-shipment for over 10 days. I found the business on *** as well, so I messaged them there (I purchased directly from their website, not ***) I received a response at 2am saying they will look into it and have received nothing since. I have followed up both via *** and email and have received nothing. The status of my order is still in pre-shipment.
After doing further research on this company, it appears this is a common occurrence with them. It appears they also take people’s money and don’t send them the products they ordered. I absolutely understand that things are slow right now with the Covid pandemic but this is excessive.
