Hello. First of all, thank you Revdex.com for being here.
Second, just wanted to update:
it was difficult connecting, but did finally receive a refund of $39.95.
I will say, it a firm and accurate support email or phone is still difficult....
Hopefully the company will make both more available, be actually workable and consistent for members. Thank you.
