Bountiful Blessing

On May 30, 2013 I sent a check in the amount of $50.00 to Bountiful Blessings for 3 CDs at the price of $12.00 each the rest was a donation. My check was deposited in Bountiful Blessings account on June 10, 2013, to date August 2, 2013 I have not received my CDs. On several occasion I have called Bountiful Blessings, spoken with several of there representatives, at first they could not find my order, I pulled my check up and called them AGAIN and gave them the information on the back of my check, [redacted] agreed that the information I gave her was there account information, they still couldn't find my order. I have called them several times and they claimed to have sent my order out three (3) times. I live in a town of maybel 4,000 citizens, I told them even if they had my name and address wrong I would haven't gotten my mail, this is a small town, we kind of know each other. The original order was a present for a very close friend and pastor of my church whose birthday was in June. I am tired of dealing with them. They have promised to send me an extra CD for my inconvenience, it is really not enough for me at this time. It is almost three months and I haven't received my CDs. I am complaining about there poor customer service and there ineptitude in handling orders. Please help me. On June 25th & 27th Ms. [redacted] called we verified her address/cty/st/zip and reshipped the package on the June 27th package was returned by the USPS and received another call from Ms. [redacted]. Verified the address again.On August 2, 2013 the package shipped from our offices with the USPS (Requesting a Signature Confirmation #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX) The package was delivered and signed for by Ms. [redacted]. Spoke with Ms. [redacted] on 8/15/13 after receiving this notice from Revdex.com and informed her that we would refund her money & she stated she received package with exception of the complimentary CD that was promised and that she was not requiring a refund. (Complimentary DVD 1366 was shipped 8/20/13)
