[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:A lot of what Bob's Pool is claiming is true however they omitted parts (many parts) to make themselves look better.They did come to my house the same day we were offered the larger Pool at original cost but in return we were treated rudely and in a way no professional should ever treat a customerBob wad arrogant and disrespectful the entire time he was there We did tell him we were not willing to spend more money considering all that we went through leading up to thisIncluding having to call manufacturer ourselves to get answersWhen we did speak with manufacturer we got a completely different storyWe were told that the pool Bob sold us should not have been sold in that it was not near finished You could imagine our surprise because weeks prior Bob told us it would be ready in weeks Bob claims they were "lead on" and that it wasn't their fault however continues to purchase Pool from that manufacturer??? ( oh and Bob and the owner of that manufacturer are friends, at least that was what Bob told us)As for being worried about being paid I don't buy it for a second!! We bought anew above average Pool and then in March Bob asked for a deposit to which we gave He was also well informed of our careersSo try again!!When Bob stated he offered us a smaller Pool he wasnt kiddingHe offered us a pool that was x The pool we purchased was 18x It was a joke and he knew it..wasn't even close to what we were promisedHe also failed to mention the countless calls, emails, and texts he ignored When he did return one he was belittling and condescendingBottom line is in would never recommend using bobs Pool IncAnd I want as many people as possible to know what type of person he isI feel his dad had a great company but Bob will eventually run this buisness into the ground I feel that this has not been an isolated incidence and could only hope more people report it Regards, [redacted]

When we were notified of the manufacturer offering a larger pool, we went over the same day and measured to see if it would fitThe size would be extremely tight but was feasibleWhen we discussed a bigger pool we explained it would need more ground work, cement and water, which would end up costing them more moneyThe [redacted] 's didn't think they should pay for that and couldn't afford anything more than what was originally quotedNot getting the pool they originally ordered was not our fault, we were lead on just like they were from the manufacturerThere was no reason we would need to lose money on something we had no control overThey started saying how they were maxed out on their budget and they could not afford a penny more for anything extraBefore this bigger pool was offered, we did find them a pool that was a little smaller and would work in their budget, but they refused to go smallerAll we kept hearing was "We can't afford anything more" What would happen if we started digging and we hit a water line or hard rock? That would be an extra repair cost out of the [redacted] 's pocketAnd as much as they complained about not having extra money, we started wondering would we end up not being paid in the end, if they were so worried about being maxed on their budget how could they afford to maintain a pool for the seasonWe've had this happen in the past and being smart business people we decided to wash our hands of this jobWe tried to make them happy but they just complained about everythingThe deposit was sent back to them within business days

The deposit was sent back to them within 5 business days.

We were told that the pool Bob sold us should not have been sold in 2016 that it was not near finished.  You could imagine our surprise because 2 weeks prior Bob told us it would be ready in 2 weeks.  Bob claims they were "lead on" and that it wasn't their fault however continues to purchase Pool from that manufacturer???  ( oh and Bob and the owner of that manufacturer are friends, at least that was what Bob told us)As for being worried about being paid.  I don't buy it for a second!! We bought anew above average Pool and then in March Bob asked for a 2000.00 deposit to which we gave 10000.00. He was also well informed of our careers. So try again!!When Bob stated he offered us a smaller Pool he  wasnt kidding. He offered us a pool that was 12 x 28. The pool we purchased was 18x 36. It was a joke and he knew it..wasn't even close to what we were promised. He also failed to mention the countless calls, emails,  and texts he ignored.  When he did return one he was belittling and condescending. Bottom line is in would never recommend using bobs Pool Inc. And I want as many people as possible to know what type of person he is. I feel his dad had a great company but Bob will eventually run this buisness into the ground.  I feel that this has not been an isolated incidence and could only hope more people report it.
