Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I no phone messages from The owner I realize the vehicle has high miles I asked for the flush because being a woman I felt I was more or less told I was dumb I also can't figure out why when so much was done on the car why would the radiator hose come off after I was told this was replaced and the business in question didn't secure it like it should have been which was my concern for the flush being concerned that I have antifreeze in the transmission fluid I just feel frustrated I know that the shop in question is a reliable business and I would like to have a chance to speak with the owner again I had my phone interrupted because of financial reasons Sincerely, [redacted]
