Review: We have a Dodge Ram truck which had a billing issue of not receiving payment so the bank took it on sept *. We made payment in the amount of 43000 which we paid on sept ** and were told we could pick up the truck. The bank [redacted] of [redacted] told me to head down where I thought truck was and could pick it up till 4pm but to call a number on my way and give them 1/2 hour notice. When I called Bounty hunters they told me the truck was going to be auditioned off so I told her I had paid and was told I could pick it up. She told me NO it's too late being its 237 on a Friday. So I turned around and went back to the bank. [redacted] made a call and I also called [redacted] 1800 number which I was told go ahead to head back you can get the truck we will let bounty hunters know. Also [redacted] got the same information and she would call me with the full adresss. She did call me back and told me they wouldn't give her the address that bounty hunters had to. In the meantime we went to the place it was towed too they told me that it was strange but they game and got it at 630 at night and drove it and was back within 10 min so truck was in pleasant valley. So I called bank again and they told me they didn't know where the truck was and after 45 min it now was 4pm and it was too late. So on Monday morning we called them at 930. We were told it couldn't happen till after 12-1 so we called them and now were told that the plates were handed in and we had to re register it. Why weren't we told this on Friday as we were 1 block away after paying the money. Why didn't they tell us this Monday morning either. anyway we got it registered after DMV told us the plates were still good: but to be safe we went and reported them stollen and got plates. We than started to drive an hour away and were told it was too late and it was only 230. But now we needed to pay storage for Friday-Tuesday. So we paid but why should we have had to pay when they willnt let us pick up the truck and we were willing and readyDesired Settlement: Continued. We had to pay 120.00 plus they drove our truck, used our gas, and they finally let us get truck at 145 on Tuesday. We are very upset the trouble they put us threw and the cost of them not wanting to work on a Friday at 230.Would like CASH payment or bank check for the amount of 120.00 and 100.00 for the gas back in the truck. Also the cost of getting new licence plates, screws and license plate covers and all that was missing from truck along with tools. That we still have to figure
