I appreciate the store's willingness to allow me to return the smaller amp and replace it with the original one I had looked at and had agreed to buy
I understand and can appreciate the store's position that the amp had not been advertised in the paper and that they had attempted to lure a customer into the storeI understand that mistakes happen - I understood this on the day I was in the storeI just felt that it would have been appropriate for the store to honor the price of the amp at the time of purchase - as the young woman who was helping me had promisedI thought she showed good customer service and wisdomIt was of course disappointing to then have someone else come along and say "no"This is where the situation deteriorated and this is what prompted me to file a complaint
I would also like to note that I have never filed a Revdex.com complaint before and I am pleased that a resolution can be reached by going through this process
