Bouquet of Elegance Floral Shop

Review: I ordered a bouquet from this company on Wednesday, May 7th for delivery on Mother's Day. The day after Mother's Day, I called and left a message to ensure it had been delivered. On May 14th I called again and was informed that the bouquet had not been delivered, and they were not planning on notifying me. I had already been charged. I was not offered a refund, and was only offered a 20% discount on the bouquet. I decided to cancel the order because the service was rude and the holiday had already passed. On May 21 I called the shop again because I still hadn't received my refund. They were again rude and unorganized. At this point, it is fraud because I was charged for a bouquet that was never delivered, and I only became aware of their mistake because I called and checked up on it myself. They are disorganized, disrespectful, and at this point, fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I want my order refunded in full because I received no services from this company and was charged for the full cost of a bouquet + delivery fee.

Review: I phoned in an out-of-state verbal order for a sympathy floral arrangement on 9/29/14 from a Ms. [redacted] ([redacted] is listed as the owner). I placed the order on a corporate credit card and was told the invoice would be emailed to me. I asked them to please include a card that said, "From your [redacted] family." When the invoice did not arrive the next day I called the shop and a voicemail stated, "You have reached [redacted] and your call is very important to us. We will get back to you as soon as possible." Then a beep sound, then the recording states, "Sorry that mailbox is full." So there is no way to leave a voicemail. I called 8 times throughout the day on 9/30/14, called 10 times on 10/1/14 and twice today (10/2/14)so far. From their website they show they are affiliated with [redacted], so I called the [redacted] customer line on 10/1/14 and they said they couldn't do anything about my order and they transferred me back to the same phone number of the shop that cannot take voicemail. I still haven't received the invoice needed to complete my expense report at work. As I couldn't reach the shop to confirm delivery, I had to call the colleague that had lost her mother-in-law and ask her if she received the arrangement. She answered that she had received flowers, but she didn't know who they were from because the shop hadn't placed anything on the card.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to call me with an explanation and I still need the invoice to complete my expense report.

Review: I ordered flowers to be delivered to my cousin for her engagement on 15 MAR 2014. The delivery man delivered the wrong flowers to my cousins house. Upon realizing that the flowers that were delivered to my cousins place belonged to a funeral my cousin's father hand delivered those flowers to the right address but did not ask for the other set of flowers due to the circumstances. When I called the florist shop on 15 MAR 2014 I was not aware of this and was under the impression that the wrong flowers were returned directly to the delivery man. On 18 MAR 2014, I called the flower shop to explain to her what had happened, the owner called me a liar, told me to not call the flower shop again and hung up on me. I am currently serving the US Army and am stationed in a different state and cannot take care of this on my own.Desired Settlement: I want a refund because I did not receive a service that I paid for. She was very rude and unprofessional and called me a liar therefore I do not think anything was handled fairly.
