We apologize for any inconvenience to Mr***, but we as an organization have done everything within our power to resolve this matterMr*** did request to discontinue his son's membership at the end of February, but due to technical problems with our management software his account
continued to be chargedUpon discovery of the issue we attempted to refund these extra charges but were unable to do so through the management software as his account had already been deleted, and were prevented immediately from doing so by check as upon his signup he has been unwilling to provide contact information, instead stating that all correspondence related to membership should go though his teenage son (the member)We were able to eventually obtain mailing information, but only after he had sought refund through his credit card companyMr*** has again contacted us stating that he needs a refund as he canceled the credit card before he received the credit from that agencyWe will issue any refund not provided by the credit card company as soon as that information is presented to us that Mr *** has not already been reimbursedRecent correspondence is copied below Sincerely, *** *** Owner, Bourbon Barrel CrossFit *** *** *** ***
