As per Mr***'s sales agreement, we were to deliver his unit to Piedmont, MO which is hours (miles) from our dealershipThis we didWe were to leave inside of his unit a weight-distribution hitchWe failed to do thisMr*** was to return to our dealership to pick up items left
in his trade and to get his hitchOur sales manager waited hours after closing for him to arrive and since Mr*** did not arrive our sales manager decided to leaveThat evening Mr*** did get his personal items but no one was here to give him his hitchWe have refunded to Mr*** $(the cost of the hitch) for this oversightHe cashed this check on 7/26/16.We had already discounted Mr***'s unit and the hitch was included in order to complete the sale. Mr*** did not pay extra for the hitch. It was viewed as an internal expense
This unit is not unsafe, and the first time she used it her children used it improperly, and they broke the camper. We re fixed it and offered to buy her the safety locks and she refused it. She dropped the camper off to us and it has been here for 9 months. We did repair it after it broke at...
no charge. We would like the unit picked up and she does have a loan with the bank for the camper and she owns the camper. She purchased it 5-3-14 and she dropped it off last fall and we have hardly had any contact with her. We have not spoken to her in 6 months. We will provide the safety equipment and we would like her to pick u her camper as soon as possible. We do not want to charge her for storage, but we can not continue to not charge her if it sits on our property. We are willing to work things out and we would like her to pick it up. We definitely would like her to contact us about the unit.
