Review: I called BOURBON STREET LIMO (New Orleans, LA) at 7:45am PST this morning. I reserved the van to/from the airport for a trip in April that my boss is taking. NEVER did [redacted] tell me that there was NO refund. (What company does not give a refund for something that's 3 months in advance??) When I called back [redacted] said that the credit card has already been charged and I was out of luck. I would not be getting a refund. I am calling the credit card company now to file a fraudulent charge.Desired Settlement: The BOURBON STREET LIMO cannot charge my card when no service has been given!!!

Review: On 6/28/13 used their limo service from New Orleans Airport to Royal Sonesta Hotel on Bourbon Street. Approximately $105 was withdrawn electronically from my checking account. On 6/30/13 used their service for the return trip from the hotel to the airport. They deducted approximately $210 from my checking account. When I called about this, I was told they just combined the trips into one and I would be getting a credit back to my account for the $105 overcharge. 2 weeks later I have not received a credit or a returned phone call even though I keep being promised a call back from a manager.Desired Settlement: I would like the overcharge returned to my checking account.

Review: I contacted Bourbon Street Limo in January and used their online quote system with all information inquiring about transport to and from a concert in September. I was contacted quickly with a quote and how to book. I booked a limousine at this time. The concert is now 3 days away. I called to confirm the booking and the owner told me that my booking would not be honored because of the concert that night. The very concert that was mentioned in the original quote request! I was told I would have to rebook at an hourly rate and special event charge and it would be nearly 6 times the amount originally quoted. When I asked why they would not honor the quoted price, I was told they couldn't have quoted or booked that amount and that they do not even contact customers via email or through the online booking form. I told him that I would forward the correspondence including the agreed upon price. Review: I contracted Limo service to transfer my daughter to a hotel near the airport after her wedding on Aug 3, 2013. I was quoted $108 for a transfer in a sedan. The limo driver was 10 mins late and presented me with a bill for $216. I told the driver I wasn't signing the bill and called the company to try to straighten it out. I spoke to [redacted] who was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. He actually started saying "blah, blah, blah" He told me if I didn't sign that they wouldn't have a ride and at this point I was trying to find someone to drive the kids to Kenner from Slidell. My daughter's wedding was perfect up to this point. The venue owner tried to reason with them and I wrote on the receipt the amount I was willing to pay so the new couple could get to their hotel. The following day I forwarded the emails with the quoted price of 108 and told them how rude [redacted] had been. I believe I spoke to [redacted] who did agree that [redacted] had been rude but I was unreasonable and didn't listen - he wasn't very nice either. He assured me I would be charged the original quote, but now my credit card has been charged the $216. They told me that I ordered a charter, which is not true, I confirmed the day before and gave them a different credit card number which they didn't bother changing and confirmed the charges would be 110. These people were hoping that I would just sign the bill which was for a 3 hour charter and I clearly stated I needed a transfer from Slidell to Kenner. I would not recommend anyone doing business with these folks. People in the service industry should never be rude. I hate it that my daughter had to witness me arguing on the phone minutes before she was about to leave on her honeymoon.Desired Settlement: I want these folks to make the charges right and hope that the public knows what sort of customer service they can expect from this company.

I had disputed charges with Capital one but apparently the charges have been reversed since the company never followed up. This company owes me $108.30. Not to mention the grief they have caused me at the wedding and now my credit card is over limit
