On July 10, my *** was serviced for not starting They fixed the car by replacing the Transmission Control Module, covered under warranty by *** When I was on my way back to Manitoba, I noticed that my cruise control would not set correctly As I was well on my way home, it was not feasible to turn around It has only ever set in even km/h and the step up/down has only been in km/h steps The cruise was working fine up to the point of the car being serviced I had the car serviced by *** *** in Winnipeg on July They fixed the cruise control They found that the odometer was set to miles, instead of kilometers They set it to kilometers No parts were changed *** *** contacted Bourgeois and asked if they would cover the repair bill and they said no I paid the repair bill of 99.95+PST+GST I don't feel that I should be responsible for the repair bill as the cruise worked fine before the car was serviced, but not after The only other time tha
