I am sorry the part did not work in your car, we can exchange it for something else There is a returns tab on the installer.com website.As far as the part not working in your car, I am not sure why, that part works in almost any carhow ever I do not know what car you have We sell these parts to installers that SHOULD KNOW what will work in the car they have, but because many people dont know or dont checkwe do have a good exchange policy.thanksEddie
