We fully admit that the amount of time that it took to have this vehicle fixed correctly was completely unacceptable The wrong coolant was used in the vehicle during the initial radiator repair Since that time we have flushed the system and replaced the heater core The coolant flush was done at the [redacted] dealer Given that the vehicle was only driven miles with the wrong coolant in the car there is only a minimal chance that there is long term damage to the vehicle The entire time the vehicle has been out of service the customer has been provided a replacement vehicle, free of charge and has not been charged for any of the repairs This customer has no moentary damages aside from being without her car for close to months but not without a vehicle The customer paid $28,for the vehicle over years ago and has put 45,miles on it The customer is looking for us to give her $42,back for the car, which is $13,more than she paid for the vehicle years agoThe vehicle is completed now and we believe 100% fixed This is an unfortunate situation and we are truly sorry that we had the vehicle for this amount of time I am open to any and all reasonable resolutions

I spoke to our office on Tuesday, as I am out of town on vacation, and accounting had issued the check $on Thursday July 2nd and may not have made it to the mail until Friday July 3rd Due to the holiday the check should have arrived on Tuesday July 7th the latest At this point [redacted] should have received the check Please let us know if this is not the case I apologize about the delay in getting you your vehicle in a timely fashion The radio issue was a covered component under [redacted] warranty and the vehicle was in their control not ours I hope that you are enjoying your vehicle and if you have any future questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me directly.Thank you for your business.My Sincere Apologies, [redacted] General Manager

In effort complete the sale and obtain the customer favorable financing we submitted her credit application to multiple lenders This was only in the best interest of the customer who at the time was moving forward with the purchase of the vehicle The customer signed a credit application and we were able to obtain financing that was better than the financing she obtained prior to arriving at our dealership When we were reviewing the terms and completing the sale, at that time the customer decided not to move forward with the purchase We were understanding and provided the customer all available options We are unable to get the credit inquiries removed, but we are more than happy to assist and will fill out any necessary paperwork the credit reports provide in order to remove them

I have been in phone contact with the customer and we have agreed to replace the seat bottom We are currently awaiting the shipping of the part, which is scheduled for Wednesday and we will contact the customer to install

My whole issue here is that the sign on each salemans desk says dont worry feel free to shop because we only run your credit ONCEI do appreciate Bournes thoughtfulness in trying to find me the best rate but I was never told or discussed with on the rates they had found or were availableInstead they instead they shop around with blatant disregaurd for the impact to my creditAs far as our phone conversation I was told but *** *** I could call the lenders and ask for these inquiries to be removed myselfThat has been the extent of their "help" to get these removedI have been mislead, misinformed, and lied to by BournesAnything but the removal of these inquiries by Bournes is unsatisfactory and will not lead to a resolution

The customer did not state why they rejected our response Which is to send her a check for the key, which we did today

I had the opportunity to speak with this customer and her mechanic yesterday The date of purchase on this vehicle was February of and the customer stated that we never provided a second key It is now over a year later and she is having an issue with her ignition I offered
to tow the vehicle here free of charge to diagnose the issue, the customer refused After speaking with her mechanic I have offered to pay for the second key and work with her repair facility to get that resolved I called the customer to inform her of the resolution and have not received a return phone call

I had the opportunity to speak with the customer, deliver her a replacement vehicle address her concerns and return the vehicle to her It is my understanding that everything has been addressed

This matter has been settled

Unfortunately, we are unable to remove these inquiries from the credit report According to *** they state the following on their website, "credit scoring systems allow people to shop for the best rates on car loans without having a negative impact on their credit scoresThey do so by counting all inquiries for auto loans within a given period of time as a single inquiry.That time period may vary slightly from one credit scoring system to another but typically is 14-days.That allows plenty of time for a person to be preapproved by their own lender, or for a car dealership to shop their loan application with multiple lenders in a practice commonly referred to as “shotgunning.”"Each of these purchases should have only counted as one inquiry, not or Furthermore, our flyer on each desk does not say we only run your credit one time It does state that we have over lenders and we will find a lender that best fits your current financial situation, we work for you Again, if there is any paperwork we can file on behalf of the customer we would be more than happy to assist

In Bourne's Auto Response they stated they used the wrong coolant in the vehicle during the initial radiator repair, they failed to mention that they used the wrong coolant on the heating core the first time they replaced itBourne's Auto put the wrong coolant in the vehicle twice and then as they stated drove the vehicle miles when it should've been towedPutting the wrong coolant in the system creates a gel, driving it two hundred miles disperses the gel throughout the systemI have personally talked with two expert mechanics both of whom say this will absolutely destroy the engineBourne was aware of their error and went to great lengths to cover up their errors including "working" on my car for days between June 26th and October 16thIn this time they re-replaced the heating core(twice since June) and the whole time told me that the coolant wasn't an issue and that "it was in my head" We are in the process of negotiating a settlement, otherwise I would go further into detail but -ending the outcome of negotiations I will be updating Revdex.com regardless. My name is *** *** I am emailing you following up on complaint ID ***I would request that the Revdex.com obtain all of the invoices form Bourne's Auto Center regarding my complaintThe last invoice states that Bourne used the wrong coolant in both the radiator and the heating coreThank you for your help in resolving this matter

The process to remove the credit inquiries has already been done Since the company is willing to assist in getting these removed, I will be satisfied if they follow through with this promise
