Furniture I ordered appears to have the wrong finish I would like the furniture to be replaced with the correct finish I purchased Riverside Coventry weathered driftwood home office Shutter door credenza (Model #***), hutch (Model #***), bookcase (Model #***), credenza desk(Model #***) from Furniture Village, [redacted] on February 24, The total price of the furniture was $which was paid with my credit card While at the store, I inspected the furniture for damage, noticed what appeared to be a dark brown finish, then worked with the store owner, [redacted] , to load the furniture in my vehicleWhen I moved the furniture into my house, I noticed the finish was very different than represented in ads, color samples, etc The weathered driftwood finish should be a light to medium brown with gray tones Instead it is a medium brownish gray with heavy green tint I've contacted the sale associate, ***

The customer service for this company and their desire to stand by the quality of their furniture is poor to say the leastWhile the furniture looks great, its functionality is questionableI bought several of their Aberdeen pieces one of which was the dining tableA paper cup left on the table with water leaked and as a result, the table leaf warpedI contacted the store where I bought the furniture and was told it was not covered under warranty and the company said I would have to buy a new table as they would not just replace the leafI contacted the company via their website and facebookI received a prompt auto response saying I would be contacted and that was thatI have contacted them again but still no responseI would not recommend this company
