A full refund was issued to the method of payment on May 15, 2017 at 11:01 am. The proof is attached.

We have refunded the client Partially for returned items, and then we just refunded the entire amount paid to is to avoid dealing with this customer. 
The initial refund was in the amount of $32.88 on May 28 2015
The last amount was in the amount of $52.00 on May28...

The customers order [redacted] total amount paid was $84.88 so the amount provided in this complaint is not correct.

Revdex.com: The company still did not refund the full amount owed to me.  The cost of each item was $35.95.  Instead they are refunding me $10 less then what I asked.  I would not accept this proposal but I am tired of dealing with this poorly managed company.  Thank you for your help. [redacted]

A reply was sent to customer on 1/8/2018 and no further response was received from the customer, multiple solution options were provided but no response was received. A refund for $38.61 was issued on 1/16/2018 to the Visa ending in 1612 and an email...

notification of the refund was sent to the customer.

A full refund has been issued to the customer and it will reflect on the statements of her original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Review: I purchased a product from this company on July 18th. On the day of delivery I returned the product following the specific instructions of their website. I have yet to hear a response nor have I received a replacement regarding my return.

The second complaint is about never receiving the product I ordered even after a shipping confirmation. On August 19th I received a shipping conformation with a tracking number for the [redacted]. The [redacted] has no record of any package being shipped. After approximately 10 emails I have yet to receive a response from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund on the two orders that were not fulfilled. The total cost is $77.90

Review: [redacted] purchased a swimsuit for my birthday in March 2015, the company shipped the suit, but sent the wrong sizes. We had to ship the suit back for them to exchange it for the correct sizes (April 2nd). The tracking number indicated that the suit had reached their facility April 8th. We had not heard anything from the company regarding them shipping out the new sizes, so we emailed them to confirm whether they'd been shipped out (this was on April 23rd). So I emailed again on April 30th and they said they had emailed back saying the product was now out of stock and offered store credit, however neither myself or [redacted] got any emails regarding this. I replied and accepted the store credit they offered. Since then I have heard nothing from them and have tried to contact them on several occasions through their website as well as their [redacted] page, as I see they post daily. I got a response on [redacted] once that said I should email them, which I had already done multiple times with no response from them. In the last two emails I sent, I requested a refund because I did not want to risk going through this whole process again. It has been over two months since the purchase and we do not have a product, or our money, or store credit. I have read on their [redacted] page several complaints from others that have experienced the same issue, of them not responding or sending the product. They have also been deleting those comments. I have never experienced such awful customer service and feel like they stole from us.Desired Settlement: I would like for the money to be refunded for this purchase, so that we do not have to risk another encounter like this with this company.

Review: Ordered goods in August. Returned for refund. I received the confirmation they had received the returen but have not been issued an exchanged or received a response in 4 months! They now have my money and their merchandise. I simply want a full refund. Ive sent them many messages and requests.Desired Settlement: Full refund for order #[redacted]
