Customer emailed Customer Service on 1/5/A reply was sent to customer on 1/8/and no further response was received from the customer, multiple solution options were provided but no response was receivedA refund for $was issued on 1/16/to the Visa ending in and an email notification of the refund was sent to the customer
We have refunded the client Partially for returned items, and then we just refunded the entire amount paid to is to avoid dealing with this customerThe initial refund was in the amount of $on May 2015The last amount was in the amount of $on May2015The customers order [redacted] total amount paid was $so the amount provided in this complaint is not correct
