J'ai reçu ma commande aujourd'hui, je suis très satisfaite de mes achats; excellents produits! haute qualité, bons prix, je suis tellement contente... je viens d' acheter d'autre produits! ma soeur et ma mère en veulent... j'en achètent pour elles aujourd'hui :)
Première installation fait par ma coiffeuse qui se dit très impressionnée par la qualité du volumateur et du résultat. L’ apparence naturelle est remarquable. Je suis très satisfaite de mon volumateur pour l’ apparence mais aussi pour le confort. Ma peur des encastrés au plafond et de la lumière naturelle qui attirent le regard vers le dessus de ma tête est terminée.
C'était la première fois que je commandais des cheveux dans cette boutique. C'est ma cousine qui me l'a recommandé, elle achète souvent dans cette boutique pour ses clientes. Étant donné que les prix sont très bas, j'étais hésitante... je me disais ''Ça à l'air trop beau'' J'ai reçu ma commande aujourd'hui et WOW je suis très impressionnée par la qualité des cheveux, je n'en reviens pas, à ce prix c'est donné. J'en ai tout de suite acheté d'autres pour me faire une réserve... et j'en ai parlé à mes amies. Je suis très contente d'avoir découvert cette boutique

I took a chance because the price is so low... I just got my tape in hair extensions. I loved 10/10 3l hair 3s natural 100% exact size the color I wanted I recommend it and also brings ribbons to apply again I love arrived early as in less than a week, it is very beautiful and there are no sharp ends. I'll buy more.

Although they have no phone number only an email, I was pleased with the customer service, they responded quick, answered all my questions etc. AND THEN, finally when the product arrived, (i ordered the 24 inch ombre 4 clip extension DOUBLE THICKNESS) I was very very very very disappointed. The hair is SOO thin you cant do anything with it literally is just one little strip of thin hair. I seen way better for way cheaper. The “ombre” looked horrible it had a harsh black line through it. They have NO reviews NO social media, NO contact number just an absolute joke. Because everything is “final sale” Im down 150 bucks. The hair wasnt even that good either its very frizzy and frail at the ends. Im a hairstylist so im gonna take them into work tomorrow and see what I can do. Im very disappointed. No one is responding to my emails anymore, although they were very quick to reply when they asked me for the security code for the E transfer. Rubbish
I ordered a topper haïr piece whith clips for my mother. The topper is so thick on top that it is impossible to wear it. It looks awful. I’m sure the haïr is good quality but it is useless. I emailed the company but there was no feed-back. I lost 138.00$ plus shipping. I cannot recommend the boutique Katioucha…

I ordered clip ins from this Canadian online vendor. Upon reviewing the various options of human hair clip ins, I chose a texture that best suited my curl pattern (kinky curly). The website was easy to navigate and the product took a day to arrive. When I opened the product, I noticed that the hair I received was drastically different from what I believe I ordered. I then went into my emails to ensure that I did indeed order the right thing; which I did. I went back onto the website and noticed that the hair that I received looked very similar to another curl pattern (deep wave). I immediately emailed the merchant to let them know that I believe I received the wrong product. I was told "Hi,
We bought�Afro American Kinky Curly from many hair manufacturers and this is always the type of hair we receive. There's no mistake.�It's the first time somebody contact us about this...� We will change the pictures for pictures that describe better the product". I then proceeded to call the merchant using the contact number that I received from the website. That number was not in service and I was directed to call another number which I did. I then spoke to *** who told me that the product that I received was indeed "kinky curly" as per the manufacturer's description. When I asked why the product was not the same as what was displayed on the website and how we can go about resolving this issue as this was a display of false advertisement, I was told that nothing can be done and was then hung up on. Prior to calling I screenshot the page of the product that I believed to have purchased. Later on in the evening when I returned onto the site for information so I could write this claim, I noticed that they removed the pictures from their site.
