Won't ship my items - want to double charge me for my order!
Completed an on line order on April 13,2020. Prepaid Credit card was approved and the transaction is on my transaction list as pending. This card was purchased for the purpose of buying my items online, so the balance was only enough to cover my trasanction. Recieved an email from La Vie en Rose customer service on Apr. 21 saying they were trying to process the payment but the funds weren't available. Called customer service April 22 and 23 spoke to Josie and Jessica. They both said they kept trying to charge my card again and wouldn't ship my order...basically tying to double charge me for my goods. I snt them proof of the transaction details but they refused to help or to ship my order. I tried to fix it with the credit card company, but they told me its an issue with La Vie en Rose. Now I won't get my order, and may lose my money. I am not happy about this and am very disappointed with with the lack of customer service

After I told them to cancel my order and that I posted a review here, the payment somehow "magically" went through. Recieved my items today. They were as expected and much appreciated, however, I will be very apprehensive to place any further orders through Boutique La Vie EN Rose's website

Got an updated email from thier customer service department insisting I give them an alternate payment method. I again sent them a screenshot of my trsaction history that clearly shows the the funds has been reserved by them. I will not pay twice for my goods! I am so disgusted.
