I would not recommend this place to anyonemonths after I got my case my monogram started peeling off in chunksI emailed the company and they basically told me tough luck, their warranty policy expires after daysAs much as I paid for the case I fully expected the quality of workmanship to be something that lasted longer than monthsAlso, the original case that I purchased was defectiveI had to jump through hoops to get it replaced under warranty by life proofI then had pay for return shipping to Boutique me for them to re monogram it for something that was not my fault even though they are supposed to be a certified life proof distributorI would highly suggest that if you're wanting your money's worth you search elsewhere
My daughter got a personalized Lifeproof case for her iPhone as a gift. The monogram decal started chipping off at the edges within 2-3 weeks of receiving the case. My mom contacted the company via email (since no telephone number is available) and was told there was nothing they would do. She waited to email them and it went past their 30 day policy. Subsequent emails she sent were ignored, and posts to their Facebook page were deleted. Do not buy from this companythey do not stand behind their product and obviously don't care about satisfying their customers.
I haven't even seen the product yet and I wish I would have never did business with this company. They have no phone number so if you have inquiries you will never be able to get in touch with them as they don't respond to emails either. Run away. Find another company that offers similar products with a published phone number!
