I had such bad shopping experience with this company!!
I placed my first order on 4/21, and got canceled,because of security for the fraud,so I provided all the information they need to prove that I am the card holder,
then they told me that:it's all set now,plz reorder again,
so I reordered again on 4/22,
and they canceled my order AGAIN!
so I have to sent them the emails,to figure out what's going on with their systemthen finally the third time I got my order placed!
on the 4/28,I got ONE refund of those orders has been canceled,and now it's 5/5, I still not getting another refund that supposed to be refunded tooi started sent the emails ask my another refund,and told them that i've called my bank,my bank said there's only one refund from BTY website,the another order hasn't do the refunding process,and I even got the authorization code of that order which is not refunded yetbut all the answers I got from them were like :BOTH ORDERS HAS BEEN REFUNDEDi can't got the answer that I wanted,so I called days ago try to get my money back,till now,im still not getting a answer or my money backwhy should I paid double price for only one item?
it's really frustrated since I placed my first order!!

I purchased a Wildfox Romper and was sent the wrong item I tried to call (cannot get through - tried at different times) and emailed I said I would like the item exchanged, as it is still listed on their site as available Instead, they sent me a refund, but deducted the approx$shipping fee! I wrote and asked why and they never responded The item I wanted is still listed, but I don't dare order from them again!

The overall customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. I had purchased an item with payment for [redacted] and yet the item could not be tracked and I asked to speak with Supervisor who called me once and I returned call to inquire about status and cancelling order and I did not receive a response after leaving several emails and phone messages. I was told by Customer Service Rep that they could not "locate" the item in the Warehouse and were working on finding out where the item was and if shipped. I was expecting a full compensation for atleast the shipping. The item was delivered 2 weeks later (initially 3-5 business days for my extra international payment). I will NEVER purchase from this company again and you will find if you call the Customer Service Line or email, the response time is very poor and even the actual person online is unprofessional. Note to self and others: Before purchasing an (expensive) item, try calling the Customer Service line just to see the quality, care, and professionalism of the company - this will surely give you an idea of whether or not you should proceed in making any purchases.

SCAM! ! Made an order with them in early September , canceled the order as a discount coupon for them was too big! First they took him , took the payment , and then just cancel the order ! Explaining that the validity of the coupon ended and these dimensions do not have in stock! Why then and stand and mislead consumers ? ! Money still not returned !

Do the same order , I buy the same thing only this time on September 29. Waiting for a month , nothing! Start correspondence with them , after a while they did not immediately respond , the order was returned by the postal service as address why it was not accepted by mail ! Strange why ? I do constantly buying over the Internet and never have never had anything ! Or shop itself immediately notified about any problem . Here again, the silence from them while I did not write it myself where is my order ?

In response, wrote that now wait until the order would return back to our warehouse and only then can send it to me again. Here waiting for him still ! December 3 Today ! ! and nothing there ! I write them every day they are silent no answer ! More than a month ago the answer came that the order will not return until they can not get the money back to me ! I am sorry, but if he ever lost? this is my fault? I paid $ 216 ! ! why do I have to wait so long?! I already do not need these things , they are already out of fashion while I was waiting for them !

General lawlessness full ! I do not know what will happen next ? I'm disappointed !

Not when there's nothing do not take ! ! It is an ordinary divorce for money ! Beware Boutique to you!
