I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me, with the following proviso: the company actually follows through per yesterday's meeting with Angela K***, Community Mgr., at the Apartments at [redacted] s I completed a new application & other forms, & provided MsK [redacted] with all the required financial, etcdocuments I was told I was now 8th on the waiting list; I asked if this could be put in writing & was informed that it could not I know the Revdex.com will likely want to close this complaint at this time, but I'd like to reserve the right to have it reopened should the company not follow through appropriately Thank you

I spoke with [redacted] as she stated in February to address her concern about her application being canceled and her status on the Wait list at [redacted] 's She received her letter of intent to remain on the waitlist that she had mailed the response, but it was lost in the mail In order to be active on the wait list she could reapply and to bring all the necessary documents to ensure she continued to qualify for a unit at the property when she schedules the appointment I inquired with [redacted] why she had not inquired sooner after she mailed her response and she stated she should have, but didn't She was worried regarding losing her spot on the wait list and I said we could revisit that after she reappliedI had left [redacted] messages since I spoke with her in February as I had initially asked her to contact the office to schedule an appointment to reapply I haven't followed up with [redacted] since and Angela [the property manager] stated she hadn't heard from [redacted] So until receiving this complaint I didn't realize it was still a concern of [redacted] 's.I have emailed Angela K [redacted] at [redacted] s yesterday after receiving this notice of complaint and asked her to reach out to [redacted] [redacted] has an appointment Wednesday, APril 20th 9:a.mto reapply at [redacted] s

Revdex.com,The carpet has been cleaned and drywall repairs completed and painted. We have made an offer to order a new dryer for the resident and are awaiting a response. The Property Manager is on vacation today [Friday 12/11/15], but plans to walk the unit and get the answer on the dryer on Monday when she returns

Responding to Revdex.com:A new water heater was installed & water was extracted. Our Regional Supervisor, Lisa L***, spoke with the other leaseholder on Tuesday November 23, 2015. Anthony said everything was done & completed to his satisfaction. This should close out this

The clean up has not been completed. Carpet has not been cleaned, water damage to ceiling and walls have not been repaired. Damaged dryer has not been replaced. The claimed response from other lease holder, Anthony is not accurate.
