Bovill Plumbing

Hi To whom it may concern I am officially responding to a complaint towards my company Bovill plumbing from [redacted] I did two jobs for this client one was a new boiler installation and the other was fixing burst pipes in the porch which seems to be a reoccurring problem in the homeThe room is set up as it's own zone after I performed the work the customer then performed the winterizing herself and must not have gotten all the water outOn both jobs I used the same material and fittings everything is great with boilerWhen she reported the issue to me I was percent going to do her a favor which was in the spring or summer I believeShe had asked when I was in the areaI have not done any work in her area as I am based out BridgewaterShe had reached out again in the fall which I responded to and I explained I had a lot of work going at the time and probably in about a monthWe did speak one last time after that she was very upset accusing me of having more excuses than her son and she had a sick husband to take care then hung up on meAt this point I am not comfortable going there or speaking to herThe long and short of it I do not think I can be held responsible for damaged pipes from a homeowner performing the winterizing themselves[redacted]

I categorically disagree with the vendor's reply. This was not an on going problem. It occurred once years before, my fault; and at that time the pipe burst, joints did not separate, In this instance there was NO frozen water in the copper tubing, no water. And, the disjointing occurred in warm weather. And, piece by piece the joints separated on their own. As, for discomfort with me, I am a seventy-three year old women and am hardly scarey. I feel duped by ***, but he can still make this right. He may be busy, but this is a small job, and when I innitionlly contactacted him he said he would correct the problem,obviously taking responsibility for the faulth joints. Sorry for his discomfort, but

I have not done any work in her area as I am based out Bridgewater. She had reached out again in the fall which I responded to and I explained I had a lot of work going at the time and probably in about a month.
