Review: I had an new a/c, furnace and hot water heater installed in early May of 2013 and some additional modifications/repairs are needed in order to pass one of the township inspections. Despite calling and writing the company asking for them to contact me to schedule the necessary repairs I have not received a response to my request's.Desired Settlement: Finish the job so I can re-schedule the township inspection to receive an approval.

As discussed on Wednesday, apologies for the situation of us not following up on your phone call, you slipped through a crack. And I don't know why we never received any of your e-mails, must be something with one of our firewalls, but I checked all of our mailboxes and can not find any e-mails from you.
As I said Wednesday night when I stopped by, I know how to correct the issue but I just want to confirm with the inspector when he is back in on Tuesday, and will get your issue cleared up immediately afterwards.
