We will work with our employees to make sure customers fully understand the cost of accessing our uPickWe have had thousands of upickers using the same system dating back to The grazing or field access pass is completely explained to customers and it allows them to eat as much as they want in the field without paying anything else, only paying for the fruit theywant to take homeIf a group picks 10# or more then they even get the grazing pass refunded, which a majority of our pickers doThe folks that just want to stroll and eat Organic fruit straight off thebush in a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful setting certainly get value for their $grazing passWe are happy to refund her grazing pass fee

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, I wish the $to be mailed as I do not want to go back to the farm. The business owners response sounds great, but that is not what happened when asking her employee questions about how the grazing pass worked. How I understood it was that you got at least $refunded and she told the kids if they fill their buckets they would probably have lbs anyway. So not true (more like lbs per bucket). We picked for 1/hours with a and year old (would of loved to get to lbs or more) however nap time was coming sooner than expected with all the beautiful fresh air we were getting. If her employees or signs explained better I would of had them nap right there so I could keep picking and not pay almost three times the amount charged by pound when we were done.
