To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to inform you of my experience as a customer of The Canadian PharmacyI have been a customer of this pharmacy for several years now, and I continue to be completely satisfied with the exemplary service that The Canadian Pharmacy providesI purchase medication for hypothyroidismThe medication that I took previously from Forest Labs was Armour Thyroid medicationThat medication, alone, no longer works for me, as the company reformulated itI am so happy to find a medication that works, and the Canadian Pharmacy team works hard to make sure that my needs are metI am so grateful for their wonderful service The pharmacists at The Canadian Pharmacy will call to speak with my doctor when there is a need to clarify prescriptionsThe fact that they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers really impressed my doctorAs anyone with a health concern knows, your medication needs to be altered to suit the changing needs of your body as it agesThe pharmacist taking the time to call and talk with my doctor speaks volumes about the professionalism of the team at this pharmacy I would not be able to continue doing my job if I was unable to get the medication that I need from this pharmacyIt has literally saved my jobNone of the thyroid medication currently on the market in the United States helps with my conditionSome of the symptoms that made my life unbearable were the following: hair loss, weight gain, memory issues, joint/muscle pain, and loss of voiceAs a teacher, I was ready to go on disability when I found the medication that I need at this pharmacyNone of the listed issues are so problematic that I consider going on disability, at this timeI am a productive, working member of society with the proper medication Anytime, I have a question or issue with my medication, Barb, at The Canadian Pharmacy is ready to assist with my needsI cannot tell you how much I depend on and appreciate this pharmacyThey have literally saved my job and my quality of my lifeI am forever grateful for this pharmacy and their outstanding staff Sincerely, Catherine [redacted]
While in general our experience with The Canadian Pharmacy has been positive, except for the [redacted] telephone calls regarding refills, [redacted] - we received a telephone call that our credit card had been denied - I was on a three way telephone call with the bank that issued the credit card and when the suggestion was made that the problem has to do with them, and not my bank which was authorizing all the charges, she [redacted] insisting that it was my bank who had the problem, although my bank was authorizing the charges [redacted] The other members of the customer service team have been quite pleasant, [redacted] !
