The thing that bothers me the most about things like this is how people doThese things and it takes my time to defend myself (time is money and very valuable to me)Let me first say that this customer had been a stalker and I have had to block from every social media outlet imaginable because
she refuses to leave me alone.First of all the items she is referring to were purchased by her 6mo, mo, and over a year ago.This is good place to mention our policy is to only hold items for days and they will be put back on the floor.When *** came in to pick up an item she bought last week, she didn't even know or remember she had things here to pick up.I gave her bags full of items that should have been out back out months ago!!!!I will now attach our convo here as I offered several times to work it out with her.Since then she has slandered me, messaged my customers and now this.Misty O***
