We have been in touch with Ms*** and decided the ship the items free of charge ($total) as our customer believed we were overcharging her credit card which I would like to go on the record as saying the order in question #*** was handled according to standard operating proceduresOur system is computer based (PCI compliant) and does not depend on outside actions to influence whether a card is declined or accepted
We have offered our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we may have caused our customer. Again, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer.
