Dear Revdex.com I like to first say that this year we have had so much work come in it has been over welmingAnd I had sergury on my shoulderWith that it caused us to fall behindMy guys have been working realy hard to get got upSo we have stayed behind with sevreal customersWe have had a few customers call us and exsplain that we have had their boat to long and they have a date planed for their boatSome seemed tobe conserned others called to talk to see if we could work thim in for their needed dateWe were able to work with all of thimBut this customer if he had called and we promissd his boat to hem on a promissed date and he did not get it I am truly sorreyBut on the day he came in with out calling to see if the boat was ready his additude was in full flareHe started out once he come in the door cussing out my secutary to the point the guys came up front to see what was going on*** called me to see if we could go ahead and do the workI would have been more than happy to but I could hear him in the back groundI ask to talk with him and he would not talk to me so I told [redacted] to tell him to take the boat with himI ask one of the guys to help him hook to his truckThe customer said some very sly thing to my tech and at that point my tech thought it was better to back offThe customer hooked his boat up and spead uot of here Thank you President [redacted]

realy hard to get got up. So we have stayed behind with sevreal customers.
