We recognize that there have been some delays in the project and we do appologize (and have appoligized) for those delays We have tried reaching out to the customer with multiple phone calls and multiple emails and have not had a response, that is why we sent the final invoice Our experience has shown that once a customer stops responding it is because they are unwilling to pay the invoice I am not saying that is the specific reason that this customer has been unresponsive, but the customer has been unresponsive nonetheless, therefore we sent the invoice We are willing to discuss options, if the customer is willing to talk to us We want to make it right with the customer

I am rejecting this response because:The bullnose tiles weren't additional order from usThe tile worker used up the bullnose tiles on the edge of shower so he didn't have enough bullnose tiles which needed to be placed on the top of wall tiles as TJ promisedIt is clearly TJ's and tile worker's miscommunication and/or miscalculation.Without confirming the quality of job and completion of job, invoice was sent to usAnd you still want to say it is our fault of making "additional" order so it was delayed?We had a contractor complete your job last week, and he told us that the shower doesn't drain because of all the tile trash was piled up in the drain.Now we need to hire plumber, and we still are not being able to use the bathroom$discount is an insult at this point. We will call a plumber and find out the damage/cost and let you know, unless you want to send your certified plumber and fix the issue.
