I received the customers payment on September 8thHer order was for a custom handmade birthday outfitI let her know I would be making it on the 8th (the day I received her payment) and shipping on the 9th by express mail as she selected and paid for at the time of order She replied and asked if the order would be shipping by express mail I replied back to her confirming that it would ship by express mailThat is the last message I have from the customer Attached is a screen shot of the tracking detail showing the order was shipped by express mail as she paid for and on the 9th as promisedA shipment confirmation with the tracking number is automatically emailed to the customer when the shipping label is created

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Because the owner knows she got numerous emails in regards to my package and never once bothered to respondFunny how even when contacting BBC she responds to you but still never heard a word back from herI did receive my outfit finally as the tracking shows on the 12thShe knew it would not be done in time and on her website says ships out in 3-days from orderingShe says she didn't receive payment til the 8th and that's because she told me she was out of townNot the customers problem you aren't home and the payment has been sitting in your mailbox, poor customer communication and businessI don't and didn't expect a refund from this lady She knows what she did and wasn't responding and finally sent me my order to avoid issuing refund knowing it wouldn't arrive on time for his party so it was money wasteddon't take custome orders for special occasion with fast turn around shipping as stated on your site if your going to be out of town and not capable of doing soDon't accept orders at that timehowever I do want people to know how this business is ran and that there is ZERO communication on her business endI have all copies over email after email trying to contact her I even went as far as trying to contact the post office of town she was in and looking up a business phone number online which of course has been disconnectedShady! I will not ever return for business and hope future customers are treated differentHope that 65$ did a lot more for you than it did me.

I replied back to her confirming that it would ship by express mail. That is the last message I have from the customer.
Attached is a screen shot of the tracking detail showing the order was shipped by express mail as she paid for and on the 9th as promised. A shipment confirmation with the tracking number is automatically emailed to the customer when the shipping label is created.
