the conversion company, Tuscany Conversion in Elkhart, IllinoisTuscany Conversion Is the company that installed the conversionThey would be the ones to warranty the paint areas in questionThe pictures show rock chips in the paintIn the opinion of Tuscany and of the service personnel in the dealership that physically looked at the vehicle, the paint chips were caused by rocks bouncing off the road and chipping the paintThis would not be covered under warranty, as the chip is caused from the impact of the rock hitting the truckAlso, there are several areas which look like a rock chip or a scrape of some sort caused a chip and the clearcoat started peeling in the area of the chipI talked to the gentlemen at Tuscany and he acted like he might be willing to review the areas where the clearcoat is peeling and possible do something to repair those areasWhat I would like to do is have Mr*** bring the truck back to our dealership and let me look at the vehicleThis way I can revisit with Tuscany to review this caseI am faxing you this letterI have pictures if you would like me to email them to you- The quality of the picture is better through an emailPlease let me know if you would like me to email the pictures to you Lastly, should I contact Mr*** about bringing the vehicle in or will you?
