Let me start by saying that I have previously purchased items from Bowen and never had a problem with the service or products On May 7, I placed another order (#***) with themI intentionally chose models and colors without the "Out of Stock" designationI received an email confirmationThe following day my credit card was charged for the order Fast forward weeks and no merchandiseTheft of packages from peoples doorsteps has become a trend lately, so I decide to try and find out if my order has been shipped I use the COMMENT box on the website asking for order statusNo reply OKLets try emailTwice No reply There's a phone number ( Caller ID shows it belongs to Sandra Flamenco).After leaving several voice messages = still no reply Look, I don't have a problem with a backorders and such, but I need to know so that I can respond accordingly It's called COURTESY

On May 7, 2016 I placed another order (#[redacted]) with them. I intentionally chose models and colors without the "Out of Stock" designation. I received an email confirmation. The following day my credit card was charged for the order.
Fast forward 2 weeks and no merchandise. Theft of packages from peoples doorsteps has become a trend lately, so I decide to try and find out if my order has been shipped.
I use the COMMENT box on the website asking for order status. No reply.
OK. Lets try email. Twice. No reply.
There's a phone number ( Caller ID shows it belongs to Sandra Flamenco).After leaving several voice messages = still no reply.
Look, I don't have a problem with a backorders and such, but I need to know so that I can respond accordingly.
