My Father, [redacted] , years old, [redacted] , Was contacted By a door to door salesman from CPro of Meridian Idaho The salesman twists my dads arm and switches him over to his service My dad still owing two months on the prior security service He doesn't explain to my dad who has a hard time with decisions these days is coercion cede into switching services and then is charged for months with new service while still paying months for old service vice After signing binding contract for five more years which was not explained just trust me wel'll take care of you My dad reads the contract and can't get out of it for five years or pay dollars This is the second time this has happened I want my dad reimbursed and maybe let out of this contractI hate the way they prey on old people who just a smile gets you paid I don't like this kind of service

This company is a fraudThey have continued to take money out of my account without providing any services whatsoever and whenever I try to contact them about the money they are taking from me all I get is a voicemailTheir website is lacking in any information for contacting them and they only have one number to get ahold of them byThat one number is always a voicemailI have called twice a month since November and gotten no answersThey also lie about whether or not they do services outside Idaho, do not fall for their tricksIt's a lie

On 2/13/I signed an aggrement with C-Pro for sercurityThey were very pushy and finally got into my homeWhile the custservperson was convincing me how I needed this, the other person was wandering throughout my home, they finally decided the laundry room was best beacuse there was an electric outletI repetedely kept telling the custservperson I could not afford thisI called on 2/15/to cancel, then I wrote to them and posted it at the post office in boiseCertified Mail ***Then I called my bank and put a stop order for and amount of $This cost me $ On 2/24/I called C-Pro again, advising them that the I wanted them to come and remove their equipment
Again, using high pressure, they said what if they could do it for $20.00, I said fine, but call me before they did anythingThey have never called and are not charging me $24.99/per mo I never signed anything

Very shady companySales guys seemed nice enough but blatantly lied to meI guess I'm the sucker for not being thorough with the contract and now I'm stuck in a year contract with a company I have no respect forwhich makes it hard to feel secure with their system when I can't even trust their companyWhat a shame

I have had nothing but problems and issues since day one It took me over yr to get their service canceled Do not reccomend use of this company

Two young men sold this health alert by coming to my house last yearSaid they're a new local company, would work the same & cost less than the national co I had at that timeWas unable to read the small, pale printing on page they wrote the cost info onThey told me what it saysSigned with them because they seemed nice & wanted to support this new local companyWas actually it's only 1cent less a month, does not work the same as the company I had
When I did have a medical emergency, used alert, they took over minutes to answer, only called 911, gave no key-box code or any medical information, wanted me to CALL THEM IF anyone came, with no key-box code given I had to get to my door to let the emergency people inDidn't call alert company back since I was taken by emergency vehicle to the hospital

They've told me today that to end this service I have to pay the full balance of con

I have a home security system with C-Pro SecurityI have had it since February My contract is for months, stating that I pay $a month and the payment is taken automatically from my bank accountI received my bank statement on Tuesday, June 21, and the charge from C-Pro Security was $116.97, which is $more than I pay monthlyAfter several phone calls, I was informed that I have been put on a quarterly payment plan as I missed a paymentI don't know how I could have missed an automatic paymentI wasn't informed that they were changing my payment planI didn't receive a notice that I had missed a payment, I had no letter, phone call or e-mailSince I am on a limited income, it was fortunate that I had the funds to cover this increaseWhen I phoned them, I asked them to send me a written notice of this change of my payment planI also want an explanation of why I was delinquent in my automatic paymentI tried reading the very small print on the contract,

Warning! A salesman from this business came to my elderly mom's home, went inside her home before she could tell him not to, tried to sell her a security program to replace her current Monotronics service & when she told him that he needed to talk with her daughter & dialed me, I let him know my concerns & to please leave information & we would research & phone backAfter this, I talked with my mom who said he pushed buttons on her alarm system Very concerning! Very invasive! I tried to call from the number he gave and their website, but only got a voicemail I've now had to call Monotronics, who will send a tech to her home to ensure that everything is okay with her alarm/medical alert system Not only was I concerned with the safety of my mom, but also she spent an hour, and I've spent an hour plus, and now she'll spend a least another hour with Monotronics tech support Please be wary!
