Mike Bowen of Bowen's hvac service installed a furnace/air conditioner unit in my mother in-laws houseHer name is [redacted] , she lives at [redacted] *** He stated the work would be completed properly and in a timely manner, and when asked to correct, or address issues my mother in law had with the work, he has made appointments to come out, only to not show up, he refuses to answer phone calls, and will not return messagesI feel the work he has done is a safety issue, and may cause harm to my mother in law
March 23, we signed a contract with Mike B*** HVAC Service to have our entire heating system upgraded We had to put $down that day(The check was cashed very quickly) We were expecting the work to be done toward the end of April He did not show and did not call to reschedule We called several times and left messages In July he returned our call, saying they were very busy and his health had not been goodHe was to come the end of July...again a no show Then in August he was to do the work, once again a no show Now he is not returning any phone messagesI also sent an email to his company We have left messages telling him if he cannot do the work to please return our $ Now we just want our money back
