Bower insurance never asked me my prior accidents. When I spoke to [redacted] they told me they Have to run my record to get me an accurate quote which they did not do. [redacted] also said they should've had a print out to show me and explain to me the charges. Which was never done either. They lied to me and told me my payments would be less than what I am paying. They also lied about calling [redacted] and that it took a couple days to get a response I called [redacted] and was able to get an answer with in minutes so why didn't they take the time to do so? It shouldn't have taken over a month. This all could have been avoided if they called or did their job in the first place by running my driving record which is suppose to be what their job intails. I signed a contract based off what they quoted me. I want a refund of my $75. And I should not be obligated to pay the $300+ difference that they mis quoted me.

In reviewing this case I have found that when the insured took out the insurance she stated she had no injury claims in the last 5 years, when the company([redacted]) ran the reports on this insured it came back that she did in fact have an accident with injury and so they surcharged the policy as...

per theirnormal procedures.  The insured still insist that she did not have any accidents where an injury was involved but the reports show different, we called andtalked with the company, they reviewed and said that they would not alter the premium since their reports show the injury accident.  Just for the record herprevious carriers premium for this renewal was $6,469.00 for the year, and this price on an annual basis is just $4,736.00(including the extra surcharge) which is still a savings of over $1,700 for the year.  As far as not getting back to her I told her when I talked with her that it may take several days for the company to investigate this situation and get back to me, she did not wait until I got a reply from the company.
